The interview was very professional and very informative about how engineering was organized and what the key issues were within the engineering organization. The management team was very up front about key challenges and concerns within the organization and very transparent within the interview process. I received very good information about where the organization was headed and the overall vision being established for engineering and the company. I also got a good overview of the support, marketing and the sales organizations and again the information was very open and honest. I had a couple of questions for HR as part of the process and those were addressed quickly and with the right level of information.
