i joined as a contractor from Magna and they scheduled my interview with UHG
For me interview process was very simple .
Same day i got the call from the Manager and had only one round of technical discussion.
And got the joining very next day of the interview and had the salary discussion with my parent company.

Interview was very good. Interviewer was very knowledgeable. HR was good too. It was a day long process. we had to wait a little till evening but overall it was good. Results were instant.

Very unprofessional people. Called so many people and at last they conducted interview for 10 people altogether. Some candidates were sent back because their skill set dint match or notice period was high. (all these procedures should have been done before inviting candidate)

2 Technical and 1 Management round.
first round is one on one and is more technical which has a healthy discussion.
Second round is telephonic from onsite.
Third round is from Project manager on Management skills.
