Had an video interview, where I had to record myself and answer the interview questions. There were three questions, but each question had multiple sub-questions that I had to answer. There were a lot asking for lots of detail.

Describe a moment where you had to be "fluid" at work, and makes changes to reach expectations. What were those changes? What worked and what did not work? And why?
Friendly and responsive to questions. Thoroughly explained job and daily tasks. Clear and concise about expectations of the role and employees in it. Talked briefly about development opportunities after a certain period of tenure.
