I took the initial assessment online and was then emailed and asked to schedule and on-site assessment. I took the on-site assessment in a room with several other people. The assessment consisted of questions such as "how many blocks are there in this picture?" and "to PURSUE someone is to___ them?" with a list of possible synonyms. In addition, there were basic math questions dealing with percentages, fractions, degrees in an angle, etc. The test also had us follow instructions like "minimize the patient information window and maximize the billing information window" and things along that line. They tested to make sure you could navigate through a basic program. Lastly, they had you answer "true" or "false" to statements like "I am almost never late to work" and "I think taking little things home from work is ok." Once you are done with the assessment, the recruiter will walk you out individually and tell you if you passed or failed the assessment.
