I took the initial assessment online and was then emailed and asked to schedule and on-site assessment. I took the on-site assessment in a room with several other people. The assessment consisted of questions such as "how many blocks are there in this picture?" and "to PURSUE someone is to___ them?" with a list of possible synonyms. In addition, there were basic math questions dealing with percentages, fractions, degrees in an angle, etc. The test also had us follow instructions like "minimize the patient information window and maximize the billing information window" and things along that line. They tested to make sure you could navigate through a basic program. Lastly, they had you answer "true" or "false" to statements like "I am almost never late to work" and "I think taking little things home from work is ok."
Once you are done with the assessment, the recruiter will walk you out individually and tell you if you passed or failed the assessment. If you passed, they will set up your first one-on-one interview. one-on-one in

I had a one on one interview at the building in Eau Claire, WI near Festival after completing the first round of testing at a different site. It was a relaxed one on one interview in a small room off of the main lobby.

Interview was a recorded interview with 2-3 tries for your recording to each question. Use the STAR method and practice your answers before answering. The questions were your basic interview questions about yourself and personality.
