I filled out the app online process took literally 2 days. I filled out app online got "1st interview" (phone) the next day. Pretty much "Here's the job title we don't work around schedules and we start at xx amount per hour do you still want it?" If by desperation you say yes you are scheduled the next day to go to your face to face interview. Someone will take you into a room and ask you the regular questions tell me about a time...all that and then reiterate the hours the pay and then if you say yes again you do your drug test in house!!! and fill out your onboarding paperwork. Lastly your told when to come back to start.

There weren't any difficult questions I could even go so far to say if I did not know how to answer those questions I could of still had the job.

The interview was easy. First video then person interview . The overall experience was a good one. I would recommend others to apply at United health care. The video interview was bot as bad as i thought it would be.

Video interview, very easy and straight forward(one way)
Teams interview, very straightforward, and easy (depending on interviewer) my interviewer was down to earth and a very easy process, the interview flow was like a casual conversation.
