Difficult customer and how you dealt with it. How you deal with prioritizing your work day. How you stick to adherence schedule. A lot of tell me about a time questions. And you fit in a team environment. Overall very standard questions for a customer service position.
Just focused on what you would do to help in the various scenarios. Focus on how it was resolved and the steps taken
Video screen then 3 phone calls. Last call with person who wanted a local candidate but the position was for remote. Seems like it’s a bait and switch situation that caught everyone off guard.
straightforward questions about experience; asked about how I would tend to interact in internal group meetings; interview was scheduled right away within one to two weeks after invitation; it was a panel interview with 3 other people.
