As long as you have a pulse and a license you are hired during AEP. They need people to fill the seats during the Annual Enrollment Period. However, after AEP is over, they will either lay you off or try to put you on another account making $9 an hour and you eventually quit because you cannot feed your family.

I, along with many others, sat in their main office and I'm pretty sure they just hired everyone. I basically just explained that I'm computer savvy, and I'm well versed with customer service. They will drug test you on the spot and if you pass, then you begin training to get licensed.

Not alot of pressure. You meet with a Recruiter Who asks you about 7 questions. Then if they ask you to take a seat and wait. While you are waiting they draft an offer letter... If you are not available for The mandatory Training dates then The offer letting will be withdrawn. Make sure you have a flexible schedule
