Initially, you upload all documentation ie CV, Cover Letter, Transcripts and awards etc. After said, you will receive an email to complete an online assessment which consists of 3 assessments. This includes, grammar test, customer service scenarios and comprehension. If successful, you will then receive an unorganised call from the HR department asking you about previous experience and seeing if what you have on your CV is correct. Finally, you will have an organised 50 minute interview with the managers on site.

I am deeply disappointed in the internal hiring process, which I have now experienced twice in a similarly discouraging manner. In January 2024, I applied for an internal position and completed three interviews. The hiring manager even reached out to my current supervisor, who provided positive feedback. After several months, I was informed in March 2024 that I was not selected and that the team had chosen someone already working in the department. A similar situation occurred again in April 2025. I applied for another internal opportunity, went through three interviews, and again had my supervisor contacted for feedback, which was once again highly favorable. By July 2025, I was notified that another candidate had been selected. Both experiences spanned approximately three months, each requiring a significant investment of time and effort. As a committed employee who actively seeks to grow professionally and continuously build my skill set, I find this pattern disheartening. The lack of transparency and efficiency in the internal hiring process makes it feel neither fair nor supportive of internal career development. I hope the organization will take these concerns seriously and work toward creating a more respectful and streamlined experience for internal candidates.
