Entretien
Had initial interview on my college campus with two managers. They asked basic questions just to get to know what kind of person I was. Mostly wanted to get to know if I was a good fit for the company and program. Then had an on campus visit/interviews. One was more technical and one was more behavioral again to get to know if I would fit in with the program.

No difficult questions that I could think of. Since this program is to grow as an IT professional they don't really care that much what you know just what kind of person you are.
