Recruiters first call wasn't to schedule time to interview, she just jumped into questions without even asking if this was a good time to talk. Did not review resume carefully and seemed ill prepared.

With significant high quote sales experience on my resume, the recruiter said, "I just don't see that you could meet quota demands. I mean this is hard sales..."
