      HR reached out during the entire, pre-interview process professionally and warmly. Upon arrival at the facility, I was greeted by the security guard who was a pleasure to speak to. I had arrived early, and two supervisors who happened to walk through walked back to reach out to my interviewers. I viewed a short video which I found helpful in gaining a basic, understanding of the company. The interviewer was courteous, patient and intelligent. Beside her, a team lead was posted at a computer, typing answers as we progressed. The questions were standard. I have served in management for quite awhile, so I did have a difficult time answering the "describe a time that you ...." phrased questions. The interviews did not seem to become perturbed by my general, global, responses to these specific questions. There are two reasons I accepted this offer above other companies' offers (all, for more money.) -Every, interaction with employees-even those passing by quickly, was friendly and agreeable. -I have read the hundreds of negative reviews on multiple sites about working for this company. If I am given an opportunity to advance, quickly enough (I cannot pay my bills with 1995 wages) I consider this an exciting chance to contribute to the moral of the advocates. I love the challenge of supporting the advocates and fighting for them, but still supporting corporate policies. It's possible, and it decreases stress in the phone agents, which means less turnover and absentism. Work should be fun. I have a sense the Tucson location is trying very, hard to create something special at their facility-a place where advocates can't wait to get to work, and feel valued, challenged, supported and respected. I think based on reviews-they aren't there yet-but I can see the signs of hard effort to achieve that goal. I want to be a part of it. -

      The interview was easy. First video then person interview . The overall experience was a good one. I would recommend others to apply at United health care. The video interview was bot as bad as i thought it would be.

      Video interview, very easy and straight forward(one way) Teams interview, very straightforward, and easy (depending on interviewer) my interviewer was down to earth and a very easy process, the interview flow was like a casual conversation.
