long and drawn out,,,,questions are the same as most other companies, most are behavioral questions, what would you do if this happened, how did you react etc, how did that make you feel, the downside to these types of questions is, if some or any of those instances have never happened, well what are you supposed to say..

I applied on Thursday, and received a call from the recruiter on Tuesday. I had my phone interview on Friday. It was very easy and he made it very comfortable for me. It took about 15 mins. Very short ans sweet. I'm waiting to hear from hiring manager, they said it should take 1-2 weeks.
