I applied online and received an email to complete a pre-employment assessment within a week. I completed the assessment (3 parts) and was contacted via email for a phone interview. We agreed upon an appointment day and time (July 18th , 2016 @ 8am). The recruiter choose the appointment- then she called me on July 18th at 6am. Of course I was not prepared to wake up and jump straight into an interview. We went over resume, asked about the skills required, and asked 3 situational questions. I am currently awaiting the hiring managers decision on whether or not I can precede to the face to face interview.

The interview process was very formal. We went over my background and I described how my background fit with the position I was applying for. They were really looking for fit with the company.
