I was deeply disappointed with my experience interviewing with this agency. I would say this would be one of the top five most unprofessional interviews I have had. The interview was with the supervisor for the position. He was rude from the very beginning of the conversation, he made fun of my name, was sarcastic a did not show any respect or consideration. He did not promote United Ways and did not talk about his role. He blew me off without any consideration, and I was left with a bad impression of the company and the culture of United Ways. I would not recommend applying to this organization if you live in Olympia, WA.
