Entretien
3-round interview process—first with recruiter, then with the manager of the program, and finally a panel with agents + previous interviewers. Had to complete one separate assignment, too. Style ranged from conversational back and forth to Q&A with little to no feedback on your answers. Definitely come prepared, be concise, and be sure (or at least act like) you absolutely want to be an agent. Got the sense they are not receptive to fluff or BS. Seems they are looking for folks who really understand the position, its unglamorous parts, and those who are willing do the work. Although I've heard mixed things, it was one of the smoothest interview processes I've been through. The recruiter was responsive, timelines were accurate, and I always knew where I stood with things. Received an offer only a few days after the final interview.

Question 1
Why UTA? Why do you want to be an agent? What music do you listen to? Transferable skills? What does an agent do? Tell me about a time when...?
Very smooth interview process. Interviewed for roughly 2 months and received an offer shortly after my final interview. Pretty detailed but if you are passionate, you'll get the job. A good amount of behavioral questions asked also

General application and cover letter, followed up by a screening Interview, and about 2 follow up interviews. Screening interview was more difficult than anticipated and the interviewer made me feel quite stressed out and I knew someone else also interviewed by this person and gave similar feedback.
