J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez United Summit Center en oct. 2015
Entretien
I came in and sat in the interviewer's office. There was an additional person in the room but found out later they were just the interviewer's friend who also works here. They both asked a few standard questions but the interview was mostly informal and very conversational. The interviewer's friend stated that she just "redid the salaries for the case managers" and it was now at $12/hr. to start. I found out later this was a lie. She had nothing to do with the salaries and I was started more than 50 cents lower than that amount. I was also asked some personal questions regarding marriage and family status that I didn't mind but don't think you're allowed to ask in an interview. All-in-all it was a good experience but due to the high turn over rate of employees here, the interview was just a formality. I met the requirements for the job so I was essentially offered the job the same day. That should've been my clue to keep the job search going.
