I applied at a job affair. Then the HR people called me and asked if I was willing to relocate. I was in a desperate place to find a job so I said yes. They arranged and flew me to Portland where they wanted me to meet people both from Portland and Seattle. The interview process lasted the whole day. I had to meet different people from different departments. The manager from Seattle office took me out for lunch and chatted with me during the whole time. But he mainly asked me about my attitude to life and little things in life. None was related to the job position but I assumed he wanted to know what kind of person am I. Anyways, the human resource people are very nice there but the managers are quite hard to deal with. They will throw some difficult situation questions so be prepared.
