You essentially get an interview through the manager or someone you know might get you an interview. You set up a time to meet the manager and he asks you a series of questions, and gives you details of what to expect on the job. Depending on your answers and your level of availability you should be hired on the spot or thanked for your time.

What type of experience do you have working in a team oriented environment?
It wasn’t lengthy but done online. Went in person to find out about the job and the manager was incredibly nice. Didn’t grill me or anything of that sort. Had the job and worked there for a few years

Quick, I came highly-qualified with prior experience. My prior employment was in a very similar field and sales positions are usually the same no matter were you go... Just getting to know the product and angles to sale it change.
