I applied through my school's website. I was contacted via email to set up a chat, as the position was in Europe. We Skyped for about 30 minutes and then a month later was told I had the position.

It's based on a competency-based interview, and it went well. It was friendly and informative as well. There are a few of general questions and a few of technical questions. Overall, a good experience.
