After initial automatic on-line acknowledgement of application, it took about 9 weeks before I was informed that i had been short listed and given a date for a phone interview. Interview was conducted by a panel of 4 members. Questions were asked on motivation for the job, why you thought you were a good candidate for the position. Questions were competency based rather than on specific substantive topics related to the function. Great emphasis was placed on you giving specific relevant examples from your work experience in answering the questions. Important to highlight as specifically as possible YOUR role in any given context that the question asked.
