The interview was short, I was contacted by the former interns and the questions are mostly about my resumes and previous experience. The whole selection process only took three weeks.
Competency based interview, 3-4 people would conduct the interview, one HR, the hiring manager, and one or two other persons. Questions are about the competencies that are usually mentioned in the vacancy announcement.

Applied through their UN career website, where you have to fill every detail properly, otherwise you will be screened out of the system. Got an email asking for phone interview. No face to face interview.
