Entretien
Two-day interview beginning with dinner with the short-list candidates. Interviewees were a board-appointed selection committee. Environment was uncomfortable and intimidating as the room was configured like a federal justice committee inquiry. Questions seemed to be based on each committee member's personal preferences and/or past experiences. Interview process included a tour of the facility. The decision was made a few weeks after the interview. No formal compensation package. No contract. Job expectations were vague at best.
