There was a phone call for the interview which basically was a phone interview of one kind.Then there was an in person interview the next day. The interview was a panel interview but also a group interview. They interviewed a few people at the same time.
They were unable to specify questions to each candidate. it was a bit disorganized.The interviewer talked more . The candidate shad very little chance to say much about their skills or what they have to offer,There was little scope to ask questions.
