Entretien
The process was straightforward. I applied online via the United Ground Express's Website. The interview occurred in person at the airport I would be working at. I was asked questions by the interviewer (one of the supervisors) about my background and why I wanted to work at United as a Ramp Agent.
Afterward, I was told I would hear back by the end of the week on their decision only to get an offer the next day with 48 hours to choose whether to accept (which I did).

Easy fast phone interview. Only took about 15 mins to go over position and be offered the job. He asked about my previous work history and told me all about the job
