First Interview is done over the phone. Extensive testing on line did in the comfort of your own home. In-house interview with 1-3 people. Relaxed atmosphere. An extensive background check is done prior to interview. Drug testing. Hiring process can take couple weeks and they only have new training every couple months. Can take a couple of months to actually start the position.

Wasted time with this place. Do not apply!!!! The interview was ok but they can't address why there is so much turn over. They ask previous exp and then pretty much turn you down if you have experience.
