Applied online and received an email about a week later inviting me to take the video interview. They give you five days after receiving the email to take it. My advice is to regularly check your inbox AND spam box after you've sent in your application...mine went to my inbox but I've read many reviews where they've gone to spam and people have missed the deadline. The online interview is pretty easy. Simply study the questions that multiple people have given on this site and use the practice section until you feel comfortable being in front of the camera. If during the practice you don't like seeing yourself as you answer, there's an option to turn the image off. A little tip...take notes and have them readily available during your interview. After they give you the question you have 30 seconds to compose your answer. I had answers written out (that I had practiced) for each of the questions I thought they might ask...when they asked the question, I reviewed the answer on my notes and then responded to the question. It really helped keep my brain moving when I was nervous. Two days after sending that in I received an email inviting me to an in-person interview in Houston. I will be there Monday, March 21.
