Entretien
I applied online. The application process was easy to do and I heard back from the company asking for an online on-demand interview two days after applying. The on-demand interview was the oddest thing I've ever done and I suggest to anyone that you do the practice questions before jumping in with the actual process. A few days later I was invited to a face-to-face interview in Houston Texas. There were 26 of us in the group for the interview. It started out with a basic presentation with more information about the company and what they were looking for in their candidates. We got called in one by one, answered a couple situation questions with the recruiter and then they either showed us back to a room where we could wait for the shuttle back to the airport, or to another waiting room while they conferred with other recruiters about us. I was was placed in the second waiting room. When they came to get me there was a new person that i shook hands with. They said they had no further questions for me and showed me the way to the shuttle room. All in all the process was easy and quick.

"I am a costumer who is getting a little irradiated that we haven't pulled away from the gate yet. And I voice to you that if we don't take off soon I'm going to miss my connection flight and I'll be late for my cruse. With our information options available to our customer in mind, how would you respond to this customer?"

Entretien
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
