I applied for the flight attendant position at the company's website on 11/10/15. On 11/11/15, I received an email from Human Resources, that I was invited to take a video interview within 5 days. OMG!! I was so excited!! I started making my research to know what to expect on this interview. I had already spoken to a girl I follow on my Instagram, who is a flight attendant, to ask her for a couple of details, which were very helpful, and she had already mentioned that I would have to take a video interview. This page (Glassdoor) was very helpful for me as well, since the previous users overall experience was very accurate. I took the video interview yesterday (11/16/15). I made sure I had a plain professional background, my hair tied up, simple makeup, manicure and professionally dressed up from the waist up lol. Everything was very organized and well explained, you have the opportunity of setting up the camera from the point of view you want and they also give you the opportunity of practicing with random questions before the interview starts just so you have an idea of how the interview process is going to be. They also let you know that they don't expect the interview to be perfect with no mistakes in the answers, that they will focus on they way you protect yourself. I took the interview, and after they tell you that a recruiter would be contacting you if you passed the interview. I also took a feedback questionnaire after the interview (it's optional). I believe they will contact me within 5 days, since everything was so fast. I tried doing my best, even though I was very nervous, but, if it's meant to be, it will be. (I marked accepted offer, because I will accept it if I'm offered it, but I'm still waiting). I recommend that you do your research online before taking the interview, so you know what to expect and be fully prepared. I hope this was helpful. Best of Luck, and remember: Be Predictable, Be the Solution, Be Gracious, Be the Brand. (:
