J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez United Airlines (Houston, TX) en juil. 2015

I applied online for the Flight Attendant position within 2 days I received an email for the video interview. A few days later, I received an email to call to schedule for a group/1on1 interview. I was able to fly to Houston the following Friday, the last day available, for the interview. Once I arrived the interview process went very fast. First, I sat amongst a group and mingled then watched a presentation about the company. Shortly after we all turned in our resumes, cover letters, etc. and received name badges. We then listened to a flight attendant speak about the role and the requirements with a question/answer session at the end. Lastly they started calling individuals back for a one on one interview. I was one of the first 5 called back. We were all seated in cubicles with a recruiter or flight attendant conducting the interview. Once the interview concluded, I was thanked and asked to wait in the lobby for the shuttle. I previously read on Glassdoor that usually if you are offered the job, you are asked to stay behind. Out of the first 5, all of us were asked to wait in the lobby on the shuttle but we tried to keep hope alive because we were informed we would be contacted within 5-7 days regarding selection status.

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
