It took a few days and several stepes to be taken but it was a great process. The staff at the staffing agency were great and so where the staff at UAL. Very informative and they took care of us very well. They were very organized. The one thing I liked the best was that you knew from interview #1 if you were going to have the opportunity or not. I knew on the spot that I was going to be extended the opportunity to enter the 7 week training. You have to pass that 7 week training in Chicago in order to become a flight attendant. It is very essential to be trained and to pass.

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening. Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test. Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
