You go to a group interview, they give you a presentation about the company and then you're called in Individually for an interview. You'll know in about a week if they want you. Then once they extend an offer you have to do pre-employment testing. Drug test, hearing, vision and a physical capability test which is an isokinetic machine....it's a resistance machine. I passed everything except the physical capability test so they had to rescind my offer.
