Entretien
I applied on line for the position and in approximately 4 days I received and email asking me to complete the Video interview. I decided to complete same on the 5th day. I followed the instructions given i.e quiet professional place, dress and look the part etc. I also make use of the practice session for as long as I felt I needed to. Finally I started the official interview at first I was a bit nervous as the process was new to me. In my opinion the questions were fair , I did not get to answer question 4 due to internet failure I however address that issues before answering question #5. There were 5 questions mostly situational dealing with customer service and one about the company and how you would fit in. Once I got settled I totally enjoyed the experience. After I was finished I completed the survey and waited for a response. I received a response inviting me to a group interview in approx. 3 days.

Entretien
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
