I applied for this position on March 22, 2016 and that same day I received an email stating that my application was forwarded over to Recruiting for review . Then the following day I got an invitation to do the online video interview . I got that invitation on March 23 and I just did it last night on March 26 around 9pm maybe a little later . I was trying to prepare as best as I could because when I get in front of the camera I tend to freeze up . I don't like being on FaceTime or anything like that I get really awkward lol . I reviewed a lot of the questions on this site and read a lot of the reviews and I can honestly say it helped me out a lot and I thought I was ready . I did the practice round a few times and I just knew I was gonna do good I was trying to stay confident but when it was go time and I was doing the real interview I swear I don't know what happened but my answers were all over the place smh . I completely BOMBED that interview :( I got so nervous it was like nothing I said came out right or made sense . I'd be really lucky to get an email asking me to do the face to face interview . Now I just have to wait and see if I get an invitation I keep checking my email every couple minutes praying I see something good and not a rejection email . I really tried but now the only thing left to do is wait ... I'll try to keep you guys updated and I'd be glad if anybody who has gone through this process could give me any future tips . Thanks .

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
