The interview process was a pleasant two-stage process; however, their comms weren't great. After the final interview stage, in which I came into the office to interview in person, I was completely ghosted by the company, despite following up after the period of time they said it would take to get back to me had passed. This was extremely disappointing, disrespectful, and unprofessional.
