The interview happened quickly and a decision was made quickly. Not a lot of waiting. I appreciated it went so fast. The interviewers were experienced and knew what it would take to do the job, which helped.

I applied through Naukri.com. One of the HR reached me and scheduled for weekend drive. I could not attend it on weekend, still the HR representatives were helpful enough and scheduled it again on a weekday. All the rounds got finished in one day itself. First round was written where I was given a requirement and had to come up with its Technical Design, Logical data model, kind of design patterns to be used and how to use the concepts of aggregation, association and composition in the technical design. Second round was the explanation of design to the technical manager. It went really well. Then he asked the concepts of EJB, Spring, Hibernate, Pl/sql, Java Program logic etc. Third round was taken by a senior manager where he asked about EJB, Spring MVC, IOC etc. Asked in detail about my current project and roles and responsibilities. Then he explained about their project domain, technical skills required and kind of role I will be put into. Last round was by a product head. He was very impressed by the feedback and explained about the Project domain, work culture at Unisys, office location etc. Then Hr called up the other day on CTC and notice period details. Released the Offer letter in one week. Offer amount was really impressive.
