HR screening followed by 2 rounds with Director and Sr. Director ranks. First round is generally telephonic but urgent positions might get a 1:1 call also. Takes a lot of time in releasing the offer for senior positions, more so if it is a non-billable role. Recruitment team is responsive.

Questions weren't difficult. Basic idea is to judge the verbal intro meets the CV and you can convince them of your work. If you know your work nothing can stop you then in the interview.

Interview process was quite fair and transparent, I had 3 rounds of interview for getting into Business Operations team followed by 1 HR round to discuss on the salary. Offered a good salary hence not required to negotiate for anything.

The multiple Rounds of interview included, a Round with the Onshore Program Manager whom one will report on a functional basis, The Bangalore Manager heading the team followed by an HR round of interview.
