I was contacted on LinkedIn by an internal recruiter, and went on to have two interviews. After my second interview, I checked in but was ultimately 'ghosted' for two months until a vague email came back to say things were 'in the works'. I then never heard back. I found this to be extremely unprofessional, rude, and ultimately a very disappointing process.
