Applied online, received a 14 page pre-interview questionnaire to fill out. HR person who sent it wrote that it was time consuming and if you didn't want to fill out the whole thing you didn't have to. Also said if you changed your mind let her know "no worry, no hard feelings". I've never seen anything like it before, thought it was an odd way to pre-interview. And this was just to be considered for invitation to a group interview!
It was very time consuming, required about 2 hrs. to complete. Mostly because of redundant questions about travel required. Submitted completed questionnaire, never heard another word. I personally know others who applied and completed questions. They never heard another word either. All of us qualified. Different ads listed openings in at least 5 cities and Indeed showed 400+ applied. But have now put out new ads for same locations so it appears they never hire anyone. Overall, very disappointing experience. If you ask people to spend time for you, you should at least extend the courtesy of telling them they aren't being considered further.
