I was notified by the phone and booked the time for interview. The interview was in person and at the store. I went to the store and asked help from the floor staff. The interview was one-on-one. There were two interviewers in the room asked me questions.

- Describe a time when you encountered challenges working with people and how did you overcome them
- Why do you think you are a good fit for this job
- Are you ok with physically standing a long time and how about fast paced working environment

Very straight-forward, just a 1-on-1 standard interview with the store manager after watching a short video on Uniqlo as a company while filling out an application form in-person after online submission.

Group interview with an individual interview after that, we were given task to do in group. Trying to sell uniqlo products to the manager, describe the products, handle the transaction or refund policy.
