First applicants need to attend the information session. this is like a company background session where in they tell you about the company's products and services and it also mentioned other applicants who've successfully completed the training and are currently managers of specific stores. after this we had an online exam. the interview will be after taking the exam. the interview was brief and concise. they were straight to the point in getting answers they want from the applicants.

we were in a group. so it was a case study interview process. then the HR divided us into smaller groups and handed out different case studies we had to solve and present in our small group

Great interaction with a recruiter at a school job fair. Received and email with a few basic questions then set up a video interview. Interviewer was not very engaging, asked basic questions. Didn't get a follow up, but I wasn't upset about that.
