The woman's interview is so rude and impolite. She separated the candidates she was interested in from those she was not. If seeing the candidate is interesting, she will be highly active in asking you many things, and the tone will change. But the candidate is less interest, she will directly skip your speech and Impatient tone. It make the interview become negative and unconformable.

Initial Interview was easy, they asked very general questions, but paired with another candidate to make it more competitive. I think the purpose of this particular step was to test how fluent and eloquent the candidates are before moving on to the next stage.
