Interviewed with the recruiter and the VP and Director of total rewards team. Though I did not move forward to an offer, it was one of the most positive interview processes I've had in a long time. The team was engaging and had clearly done their research into my background, the recruiter checked in throughout the process and gave me honest feedback and updates so I knew exactly where I stood. If another role on the team opens, I would be very interested in joining this team.
