I have applied online on Stepstone, few days later the HR called me to arrange an interview direct with the two hiring managers. Everything went so smooth and terrific. I enjoyed speaking directly with Hiring Managers as they're people more relevant to the work and the nature of the job. This thing in particular has showed expertise, despite the low wage offer and the position responsibility.
