First there's an online aptitude test, followed by a cultural test. Then there's an invitation for a half-day long final interview session. The first part of the interview was presenting a topic which was given 2 weeks in advance as well as answering a Q&A on it. The second part was an impromptu topic which was given and the participant was given some time to prepare and present the topic and have a Q&A after

Many questions assessing understanding of energy sector's market, history and future outlook. One such question was: "if you could influence and event to change the energy outlook of today, what event would it be, what would you do, and why?"
