J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Union Pacific
Entretien
I signed up for an interview after talking to the recruiter at the career fair. The interview was a little more than a week later. They asked mostly behavioral questions. They are looking for a person who is flexible and who is a good team member, so think of questions relating to that. They also asked me about my level of experience in things like HTML, Java, javascript, etc. There was only one "technical" question. They'll also ask standard questions like "why do you want to work at UP?" and "what would your ideal internship experience be like?" This was the only step in the interview process.

Entretien
Mostly social kind of questions - i.e. if you were having difficulty with a coworker, how would you handle it? Or any mistakes I’ve made at previous jobs. It was done over zoom, they didn’t contact me until 2 weeks later that I had the job.

Entretien
The interview was relaxed and informal. Very cookie cutter interview questions that you would expect anywhere else. Make sure to dress professionally even if virtual. Interview time was roughly 45 minutes long.
