Virtual panel interview with 4 interviewers (overkill for an internship). The interviewers were quite cold and didn't seem to give feedback after each question, it felt a lot more like they were working down a giant list. Then they asked me to rank my skills with certain technologies 1-5. This went on for about 10 technologies. Didn't receive the rejection for several weeks.

One in person interview which entails a general overview of your resume. Questions about your experience and general questions about web development and OOP. Questions about AGILE and your experience working in a team environment.

Reached out to me on my campus recruiting site to apply. Was offered an on campus interview 3 days later. Scheduled it for 5 days later. Was purely behavioral like "describe a situation where...". Asked about proficiencies in a long list of technologies. Did not have to prove that proficiency. Got the offer a week and a half later.
