J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. J'ai passé un entretien chez Union Pacific
Entretien
I was invited to an on campus interview after meeting a recruiter at the career fair. I arrived about 10 minutes early to the interview but the interviewer never showed up or contacted me to explain why. About a week later I received a generic rejection email despite the fact that my interview never actually happened.

J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Union Pacific
Entretien
Virtual panel interview with 4 interviewers (overkill for an internship). The interviewers were quite cold and didn't seem to give feedback after each question, it felt a lot more like they were working down a giant list. Then they asked me to rank my skills with certain technologies 1-5. This went on for about 10 technologies. Didn't receive the rejection for several weeks.

Reached out to me on my campus recruiting site to apply. Was offered an on campus interview 3 days later. Scheduled it for 5 days later. Was purely behavioral like "describe a situation where...". Asked about proficiencies in a long list of technologies. Did not have to prove that proficiency. Got the offer a week and a half later.
