I applied for the position on the company website. I was contacted for an interview about 3-4 weeks later. Interview only lasted about 40 minutes and consisted of a panel of 4 people. I was asked about relevant works experience and I was able to provide an example for each question. It is important to do your research of the company prior to your interview.
