I recently went through the interview process with this company and had a mixed experience.
The initial stages were professional and well organised. Communication at the beginning was clear, and the interviews themselves felt positive and engaging. However, after progressing through multiple stages and investing a significant amount of time preparing, I didn’t receive any update for a while.
I eventually followed up to ask for feedback, and to their credit, I did receive a response. That said, it would have been appreciated if communication had been more proactive rather than requiring candidates to chase for updates.
I understand that hiring processes can be busy, but timely communication, even if it’s just a brief update, makes a big difference to candidates who are investing their time and energy. Improving consistency in communication would strengthen what is otherwise a professional interview experience.
Avoid this company at all costs
