At first I got a screening call with the HR where I was asked basic questions, then interview with the founder lasted for an hour or so, a design task for few days and offer letter.

Entretien
The first round is the assignment round. I completed it on time. They didn't even give me feedback on my interview process. i sent the reminder 2 times. still no reply from the company.. i feel they just taking work from he people in the name of the interview task and presenting to their customer as a design option

Unifize is a product company, meaning reusing your assignment for customers doesn't make sense> Also, giving personalised feedback on each assignment is not an expectation we set during the process.
